Effective from 19 October 2026
Your data is processed by growthOn OÜ (registry code 17135342). If you have any questions, write to hristo@growthon.ai.
Contact form. When you fill in the form on our website, we receive your company name, your name and your email address or phone number. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and arrange a meeting. The legal basis is your own request and our legitimate interest in answering it. The form is delivered to us by FormSubmit, which forwards its content to our email.
Visitor statistics. If you give consent, we use PostHog to collect statistics on how the website is used: which parts are viewed, where the visitor came from, which device was used and which buttons were clicked. PostHog may also record the course of a visit (scrolling, clicks) so that we can improve the page. The data is stored on PostHog's servers in the European Union. Text typed into form fields is not recorded.
Advertising measurement. With your consent, the page loads the Google Ads tag so that we can measure whether our ads bring interested visitors to the site.
Without consent, the Google Ads tag is not loaded. In that case PostHog only counts visits anonymously and without cookies: nothing is stored in the browser, the visitor is not linked to earlier visits and the course of the visit is not recorded.
We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in contact with you, and for up to two years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Statistics data is kept by PostHog according to its terms of service.
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Write to us at hristo@growthon.ai. If you believe we have violated your rights, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
